Professional Highlights

Tesalyn Hill-Felton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the Founder of Flourish. She is licensed to provide therapy services in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.

With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, Tesalyn has worked across outpatient, community-based, and crisis care settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

In addition to her work at Flourish, Tesalyn serves as a Clinical Director overseeing behavioral health crisis services, where she provides leadership for programs supporting individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Her professional experience includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, program development, clinical supervision, and child and family behavioral health services.
