Classroom Observation

Observations take place inside the classroom in order to determine the nature of the concerning behavior.  Depending on who is requesting the services, staff and or the parents are provided with an individualized plan of action, resources, and recommendations moving forward.  


Counseling & behavioral therapy

We understand the stresses and challenges children may face everyday. We can help address a variety of concerns effecting the child's emotional, social, and behavioral functioning that just may not be limited to the school environment.



A meeting with the parents/guardians and child care center staff to discuss behavior concerns including an appropriate next steps.  

Training Sessions and Workshops.


This service is provided to help with employee in service hours on topics such as but not limited to self-injury and suicide, hyperactivity, aggression, maternal depression, and Adult Mental Health First Aid.



For graduate level counselors only


Professional service for new graduate level therapists working towards independent licensure. You are provided with guidance and support, help with case conceptualization, and specific interventions.  Supervisees are also assisted on coping with counter transference, heavy emotional issues presented by clients, and development of professional identity. 


Online Therapy

Flourish offers the opportunity to participate in therapy services wherever you are using your phone.  The platform used for this option is secure so all of your information will continue to remain private. With this selection, you will work with the owner and licensed therapist of Flourish.  Although Flourish primary services are geared towards young children, the online therapy option is for adult parents only, 18-up.
